I´m having the same problems with all Borland/Codegear/Embarcadero linker versions (from CG2007 to XE2). Unfortunately the developer team seems to be eager for new and fancy features instead of adressing core issues.
I´m currently trying to get UniLinker V1.07 beta build 331 working, but I don´t quite succeed. I´m using Andreas Hausladen´s bcc32pch plugin to specify an external linker (ulink.exe) with the following ulink.cfg:

-L<Path to linker Libraries>
-F -Gw -Ge

but the linker always complains:

uniLink v1.07 [beta] (build 3.31)
Illegal option value: '-jObj' in response file.

The UniLinker documentation says "-j" is an option for additional linker directories.
Can someone please elobrate how to replace the original borland/codegear/embarcadero linker with the unilink linker?
