Delphi 7 Palette Tabs missing

Somehow my component Palette tabs have disappeared and I am unable to make them re-appear. Can anyone assist me in making the tabs re-appear? I am using Delphi 7.

Try delete the .dsk file in the program directory.

  2. Navigate to HKCU\Software\Borland\Delphi\7.0\Toolbars in RegEdit. Export

    Thank you. I did not have a find any delphi/delphi32 dsk files. I'm in the process of navigating the register

    Thanks for your response. I did not have a delphi/delphi32.dsk file. I did rename other dsk files just in case however, the issue still exist.

The program directory for Delphi 7 is the Delphi7\Bin directory and the file
  is Delphi32.dsk.

Remove or rename
  HKEY_CURENT_USER\Software\Borland\Delphi\x.x\Toolbars\PalletteBar from registy.
  It wil be recreated after Delphi restart.
