This is not an install issue. You will greatly enhance your chances of getting
      an answer by asking in the single most appropriate group. In this case that is
      probably borland.public.delphi.winapi.

Try looking at keybd_event. You could also construct the WM_KEYDOWN/WM_KEYUP
        messages yourself and use SendMessage. See the Windows API help on
        WM_KEYDOWN.
