I could be interested in buy the DRIVER PACK (particulary the ODBC) driver.
I see that it's royalty free so can i buy it and sell it to all my
customers for the price that i decide ?

You can buy a licence for the driver package (one per developer).
  You can then sell your applications including the driver binaries royalty
  free.
  It is not possible for you to sell the driver package alone as a reseller.
